CSN:
Centralized Satellite Networks
Finally total choice of service providers:
In the last 10 years satellite TV service has become increasingly popular among consumers. This alternative to cable is less costly and offers better picture quality as well as more programming options. Today Satellite TV (Dish Network and DirecTV) represents 50% of the consumer market in America.
Unfortunately, in multiple dwelling units such as condos, apartments, and retirement homes, acquiring satellite TV has been a problem for consumers and property management. Some of the problems include dish location (dishes must be mounted in private use area), how the dishes are installed, and if the installation meets the guidelines of the HOA or property management and devolpers.
These problems are only seen in multiple dwelling units because many people cannot receive signal from their exclusive private use area such as patio or balcony. This not only poses a problem with FCC regulations on freedom of choice of service providers, but it also poses a problem to the properties themselves. Illegal installations are causes of problems such as leaky roofs, roof damage, poor appearance, holes in walls, Dishs and cables littered around the properties, etc.
With our solution, through our custom centralized satellite network solution, MDU properties can now enjoy Dish Network, DirectTV, as well as the current cable provider utilizing the existing cable that is already in place in every condo or apartment. These systems are in complete FCC compliance and are suggested by the FCC for total choice of service providers for MDU properties.
DishNet Direct has pioneered a new way of centralized satellite networks by installing and
maintaining a network so that all cable and satellite services can co-exist using the same cables that are already in place.
We have completed centralized satellite networks for the California San Jose Renaissance Association, The Tradewinds HOA and most recent at
NASA/Ames facility at Moffett field in the Wescoat village for active military personnel, and Massingham HOA management. The feedback we got back from property management and the customer testimonials were unbelievably positive. The residents had stated that they never could get satellite reception from their private use areas (patios or balcony). Another resident stated that he avoided a $250 fine for an illegal installation that was performed on the chimney. Another customer reported that he is saving $15 on his monthly bill compared to his old ComCast bill.
Most importantly for new developments our system can be installed at the time of the MDU or SFU build. We have installed our systems for communties such as Toll Brothers Inc. in there new residential developments in the Bay Area. Our systems should be aline item for every new community that is at the ground level. This ensures that the building is truly ready to sell with all the end users desires for telecommunications and Satellite needs; which makes for a more attractive community!
This system will allow for every resident in the complex to acquire any promotion and any service package that he or she could receive if they lived in a single dwelling unit such as a home. We have posted some pictures of the problems one association had with illegal installations, the damage that was caused, and the solution which you can only find through
DishNet Direct centralized satellite networks.
