3. AGREEMENT

With 24 Month agreement, $99 one time activation fee will be waived. If no agreement taken, $99 one time activation fee will apply.

HD Free for Life requires 24 month agreement and AutoPay with Paperless billing.

*If qualifying service is terminated prior to end of 24 months, a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $420 or $17.50 per month for each cancelled month of service will apply.
